No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out on your data.
Recipients
Your data is accessible to authorised agency staff and, solely for the purposes described above, to our service providers: the website host (OVH, France), the publisher of our real estate transaction software (Apimo, France) and, if you accept, Google Ireland Limited for audience measurement. Google may transfer data to the United States; this transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience-measurement cookies. Until you make a choice, or if you decline, no measurement cookie is set and neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded (Google Consent Mode, everything denied by default). Your choice is kept for 6 months; you can change it at any time via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer.

Instagram videos are not embedded in the site: thumbnails link to Instagram, whose privacy policy applies as soon as you leave our site. The property map uses CARTO / OpenStreetMap base maps, loaded without cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to set instructions regarding your data after your death. To exercise them, write to it@proprietesduluberon.com or by post to the agency’s address, stating the purpose of your request. We reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is stored on a server located in France, with restricted access, two-factor authentication for the administration, and regular backups.
